Is it worth it to write a blog post on a phone even if it is an iPhone? The question has been popping up in my head a lot and I have the WordPress application for the iPhone but haven’t used it… Until now.
I have to admin writing in length on a phone is just a challenge, on the iPhone I believe it is a lot easier. There are drawbacks still and the main one is that I gave they keyboard vertically taking up less screen real estate than if it were horizontal. This is an issue with the iPhones mail application as well. Matter of fact I think the only program that apple has where you can use the keyboard horizontally is Safari and it’s brilliant!
This is a little backwards if you think about it, I don’t type mrs than a use name and password, URL or other short form fields in Safari whereas in the mail application I potentially write more in one sentance!
My right thumb is being over worked at this point and getting sore because of the lack of range an rapid movement at this point. For all it’s worth this is a great application for quick banter but I keep wanting to go back to my Logitech diNovo!
